My front derailler was iced up at one point, and rear was sluggish... Toughest trail around here by far. Stinks about the camera, I have a GOPRO also... I will bring mine next time, did you have lithium batteries loaded? They recommend them for extreme cold weather. Did your water bottle freeze??
